癸二酸是一种具有非常广泛用途的重要化工原料。本文介绍了近些年来蓖麻油裂解制备癸二酸的工艺研究情况,采用减压精馏、重结晶、脱色等方法得到了高纯度的癸二酸,采用萃取法、蒸发法、生物处理法、多种方法并用等有效地处理废水,做到了清洁生产,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,并指出了癸二酸生产努力的方向。
