The problems of using national social science fund project funds include unreasonable expense budget ,non-standardized expenditure ,conference fees ,travel cost overruns and reserved funds pay‐ment for a long time . The countermeasures mainly include:improving the expenditure of subjects , strengthening the training and guidance on the responsible person ,enhancing the system construction and management ,and exploring the establishment of new management system .
