聚乙烯醇( PVA)被引入多孔海藻酸钙( CA)薄膜中,形成多孔CA-PVA复合膜。利用扫描电子显微镜( SEM)对其进行表征。将制得的多孔CA-PVA复合膜与肌红蛋白( Mb)组装在玻碳电极上,形成Mb-CA-PVA复合膜修饰电极。电化学实验结果表明, Mb在该复合膜上表现出较好的电化学活性。

The porous CA-PVA composite films were successfully prepared by introducing polyvinyl alcohol ( PVA) into the porous calcium alginate (CA) films.It was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The porous CA-PVA composite films were used to incorporate myoglobin ( Mb) on glassy carbon electrode to produce Mb-CA-PVA composite film modified electrode.Electrochemical experiments demonstrated that Mb incorporated in the composite films showed good electrochemical activity.
