The principle of CARS temperature measurement and the research progress at home and abroad are introduced in this pa-per. Advantages and disadvantages of some technology branches are analyzed. It is hoped that this technology can be developed and applied better in national defence science and technology fields, in order to solve problems of high temperature measurement.
