医药高职高专院校中，病理学被视为一门重要基础课程，多数院校将其划为考试课范围，考核方式也多以理论考核，或有少量的实验考核，这些导致学校、教师及学生对该门课程虽都很重视，可学生学习兴趣仍然不高、成绩不理想，对后继课程的学习也没有发挥出应有的作用。文章在探讨了病理学考核存在问题的基础上，对不同专业、不同层次的学生采用不同的考核方式，提升了学生学习兴趣，也提升了教师的教学积极性。

The Pathology was an important foundation course in medical college which was divided into examination scope with many the-ory examinations and with seldom experimental examination in most colleges. These lead students and teachers to take Pathology seriously. Students had low learning interests and bad score. It didn 't play a proper role in the subsequent course. Based on the existing problems in the Pathology, the paper pointed out that different ways of examination should be adopted for different specifity and different levels of stu-dents. This improved the students'learning interest and promoted the teachers'teaching enthusiasm.
