根据社会制药行业发展对职业教育人才质量要求的提高,该文探讨教师深入企业调研,理解高等职业教育内涵和宗旨,转变思维,从课程顶层设计、课程标准,教学项目设计等方面设计开发与实践《生物制药工艺》课程教学的思路,并总结了以学生为主,主动参与的教学成效。
