目的:建立HPLC法测定参黄降浊胶囊中大黄素的含量。方法色谱柱为Acclaim 120 C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇∶水(75∶25);流速1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为219 nm。结果大黄素在0.5025~60.30μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.4%(n=6)。结论此法简单可行,准确可靠,可用于该药品的质量控制。

Objective to establish a HPLC method for determination of emodin in yellow material capsule refs. Methods 120 C18 chro-matographic column for Acclaim (4.6 x 250 mm, 5 microns) ;Mobile phase of methanol:water (75:25) ;The flow rate 1.0 ml, min-1;Detection wavelength of 219 nm. Results emodin in 0.5025~60.30 mu g ? ml-1 concentration range inside sex good, r= 0.9999, the average recovery was 99.2%, RSD was 0.4% (n = 6) . Conclusion this method is simple and feasible, accurate and reliable, can be used for the quality control of drugs.
