To master the extrusion machine high and low melt index of the driving parameters is polypropylene workshop process and equipment professional to be one of the important research subjects.According to the workshop 2#polypropylene unit extruding machine CMP335 high melt index in high-speed driving problems and driving from DCS for extruding machine data, the main factors influencing the extrusion machine drive were analyzed.Combined with different index of the extruding machine driving process parameters presented by extrusion machine operation rule, driving method was put forward, such as optimizing extrusion machine drive parameters and adjustment methods of extrusion machine driving steps, different type of drive the extrusion machine.
