目的：观察青光眼患者术后的中医护理效果。方法从2013年10月—2014年10月所收治的行手术治疗的青光眼患者当中选取124例为研究对象，按照数字表法将其随机分为对照组和干预组两组，每组各62例。对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予中医护理，对比分析两组患者的护理效果以及不良反应发生率。结果经过术后护理，采用中医护理干预的干预组患者术后痊愈率明显高于采用常规护理的对照组患者，术后感染率、并发症发生率等均明显小于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过中医护理，能够缩短青光眼患者术后康复时间，减少并发症发生率，改善患者生活质量。

목적：관찰청광안환자술후적중의호리효과。방법종2013년10월—2014년10월소수치적행수술치료적청광안환자당중선취124례위연구대상，안조수자표법장기수궤분위대조조화간예조량조，매조각62례。대조조급여상규호리，간예조급여중의호리，대비분석량조환자적호리효과이급불량반응발생솔。결과경과술후호리，채용중의호리간예적간예조환자술후전유솔명현고우채용상규호리적대조조환자，술후감염솔、병발증발생솔등균명현소우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론통과중의호리，능구축단청광안환자술후강복시간，감소병발증발생솔，개선환자생활질량。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of postoperative tcm nursing of patient with glaucoma. Methods 124 cases were se-lected as the research objects which were treated by surgical treatment of glaucoma from October 2013 to October 2013. According to the digital table method, they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care; the intervention group was given TCM nursing. The nursing effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results Through the postoperative nursing, the recovery rate of the intervention group was obviously higher than that of con-trol the group using conventional nursing care, postoperative infection and complication rates were significantly less than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusion TCM nursing can shorten the glaucoma patients' postoperative re-covery time, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient quality of life.
