目的：调查徐州市血液透析护士工作压力与亚健康状况的关系。方法：采用随机抽样方法，分别从我市三家不同等级医院的血液透析中心随机抽取30名护士进行问卷调查，内容包括一般情况、护士工作压力量表和亚健康人群流行病学问卷调查。结果：在护士工作压力量表中，得分由低到高排序因素为护士人际关系、工作环境、护患关系、护理工作性质、工作强度和时间安排；反映血液透析护士亚健康症状的因素中，得分最高的为躯体状况（2.82±0.48）分；血液透析护士均伴有躯体疼痛，其中腰部疼痛为主18人，颈肩部疼痛为主12人；血液透析护士亚健康状况与工作压力呈正相关（r =0.57，t =5.325，P <0. O5）。结论：长期高强度的工作对血液透析护士的身心产生了不同程度的影响，护理管理部门应采取切实有效的改进措施来减轻血液透析护士的工作压力。

O5）。결론：장기고강도적공작대혈액투석호사적신심산생료불동정도적영향，호리관리부문응채취절실유효적개진조시래감경혈액투석호사적공작압력。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between job stress and sub - health of nurses engaged in hemodialysis in Xuzhou city. Methods:The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 30 nurses randomly selected from the hemodialysis center of 3 hospi-tals at the different level in Xuzhou city. The survey included general situation,job stress of nurses and epidemiological survey of sub -healthy people. Conclusion:The long- term high intensity work has some influence on mind and body of nurses engaged in hemodialysis,therefore nursing administrators should take effective measures to alleviate the job stress of nurses.
