目的:探讨教学控制论在《护理心理学》角色扮演教学中的应用方法和效果。方法:将45名2009级护理本科生随机分为8组,以抽签方式分出对照组和实验组各4个小组;同种方法对52名2010级和24名2011级护理本科生进行分组,2010级对照组和实验组各4个小组,2011级对照组和实验组各2个小组。《护理心理学》均在第五学期开课,实验组应用教学控制论进行前馈控制、过程控制和反馈控制,对照组应用传统角色扮演教学法。结果:3个年级的10个实验组护生角色扮演综合评分明显高于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。自评问卷调查中实验组在有助于提高学习兴趣、有助于明确教学目标、有助于把握学习重点、有助于培养解决问题的思维能力、有助于培养评判性思维能力方面明显优于对照组(P <0.01)。实验组《护理心理学》考试成绩(89.61±5.93)分,对照组考试成绩(83.44±6.55)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:教学控制论在《护理心理学》角色扮演教学中应用效果显著,对完善角色扮演教学十分有益。

Objective:To explore and investigate the application methods and effect of the theory of teaching control in the teaching of playing roles of Nursing Psychology. Methods:45 undergraduate nursing students enrolled in 2009 were randomly divided into 8 groups and further divided into the control group and the experimental group(4 teams in each group)by drawing lots. 52 undergraduate nursing students enrolled in 2010 and other 24 students enrolled in 2011 were also divided into the control group and the experimental group by the same method. Nursing Psychology was taught in the fifth semester in both groups,the theory of teaching control was adopted in the experi-mental group and the traditional role - playing teaching method was used in the control group. Results:The comprehensive scores of the students were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P < 0. 01);the theory of teaching control benefiting the improvement of learning interest,teaching goal and students' thinking ability was superior in the experimental group to the control group(P< 0. 01);the exam result of Nursing Psychology was 89. 61 ± 5. 93 points in the experimental group and 83. 44 ± 6. 55 points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The efficacy of theory of teaching control is good in the teaching of playing roles of Nursing Psychology and it is very beneficial to the improvement of role - playing teaching.
