针对蒸汽锅炉补水泵普遍采用变频调速和PID调节相结合的控制方法,提出了采用数字显示仪表的上下限输出触点进行变频器频率控制的方法,选择了锅炉水位测量仪表和变频器,给出了相应的主电路和控制电路原理图,设置了变频器的相关参数。实际运行表明,设备运行更可靠,调节更方便。
針對蒸汽鍋爐補水泵普遍採用變頻調速和PID調節相結閤的控製方法,提齣瞭採用數字顯示儀錶的上下限輸齣觸點進行變頻器頻率控製的方法,選擇瞭鍋爐水位測量儀錶和變頻器,給齣瞭相應的主電路和控製電路原理圖,設置瞭變頻器的相關參數。實際運行錶明,設備運行更可靠,調節更方便。

In allusion to the method of using the frequency converter&PID regulation to control the steam boiler pump in the article, it has proposed to use the output contact bounds of digital indicator to control the frequency converter. We have chose boiler water level measuring meter&frequency converter and made the electric draw?ing of the main circuit, set up the parameters of the frequency converter. Actual motion indicated, equipment op?eration more reliable, easy to adjust it can be generalized in the future.
