目的：探讨微信公众平台在医院门诊就医流程中的应用。方法：为门诊就诊患者设置“微信公众平台就医流程”，以诊前预约、诊中等候、诊后服务查询为一体实施流程化微信平台就医。结果：微信平台能够实现随时随地预约、减少排队等待时间，提高门诊患者满意度。结论：微信公众平台就医能够改善患者就诊体验，缓解“看病难”问题，使医患关系更加和谐。
목적：탐토미신공음평태재의원문진취의류정중적응용。방법：위문진취진환자설치“미신공음평태취의류정”，이진전예약、진중등후、진후복무사순위일체실시류정화미신평태취의。결과：미신평태능구실현수시수지예약、감소배대등대시간，제고문진환자만의도。결론：미신공음평태취의능구개선환자취진체험，완해“간병난”문제，사의환관계경가화해。
Objective:To investigate the WeChat public platform in hospital outpatient service application process. Methods:Set up a"WeChat public platform for medical treatment process"for outpatients with diagnosis, before appointment, diagnosis, after waiting for service query as a whole implementation process of medical WeChat platform. Results: WeChat platform for medical treatment can achieve reservation, whenever and wherever possible to reduce waiting time, improve the satisfaction of patients in outpatient department. Conclusion: WeChat public platform for medical treatment can improve the patients experience, ease "see a doctor difficult"problems, make more harmonious relationship between doctor and patient.
