武汉乙烯装置丙烯制冷压缩机K－501自开工以来一直超出设计负荷，通过对各种超负荷影响因素的分析，找出超负荷的原因，并根据分析的结果不断的优化调整，降低丙烯制冷压缩机的负荷，增强装置的操作弹性，并且减少蒸汽消耗量，达到节能降耗目的。
