武汉乙烯装置丙烯制冷压缩机K-501自开工以来一直超出设计负荷,通过对各种超负荷影响因素的分析,找出超负荷的原因,并根据分析的结果不断的优化调整,降低丙烯制冷压缩机的负荷,增强装置的操作弹性,并且减少蒸汽消耗量,达到节能降耗目的。

Since the plant was put into operation, the propylene refrigeration compressor K-501 had continued working overload.Through analyzing a variety of reasons was found out.According to the result of the analysis, a series of measures were taken to reduce load, enhance the flexibility and cut down the consumption of vapor.
