目的：探讨开窗式印模法在伴有松软牙槽嵴全口义齿修复中应用效果。方法选取伴有松软牙槽嵴无牙颌患者16例，采用开窗式印模法获取终印模来制作全口义齿。结果伴有松软牙槽嵴的无牙颌患者采用开窗式印模制作的全口义齿，明显减少了黏膜压痛点，义齿的固位稳定性明显提高，患者表示满意。结论开窗式印模法有助于提高伴有松软牙槽嵴全口义齿修复的使用效果，值得在临床上推广。
목적：탐토개창식인모법재반유송연아조척전구의치수복중응용효과。방법선취반유송연아조척무아합환자16례，채용개창식인모법획취종인모래제작전구의치。결과반유송연아조척적무아합환자채용개창식인모제작적전구의치，명현감소료점막압통점，의치적고위은정성명현제고，환자표시만의。결론개창식인모법유조우제고반유송연아조척전구의치수복적사용효과，치득재림상상추엄。
Objective To study the effect of the complete denture restoration using window -opening impression method for patients with edentulous jaw and flabby alveolar ridge .Methods Firstly, sixteen patients with edentulous jaw and flabby alveolar ridge were chosen .Then, the complete denture for these patients was fabricated by using window -opening impression method .Results The complete denture fabricated by using window-opening impression method led to the decrease in mucosal tenderness point and the improvement of denture stability .The patients were satisfied with such results .Conclusions Window -opening impression method improves the complete denture restoration on edentulous jaw with flabby alveolar ridge .Thus the extensive use of this method is favored .
