针对江河水下金属管线埋深大、距离长等特点,专门设计了一种基于STM32和CPLD的电磁信号发送机,为电磁法探测水下金属管线提供人工场源。介绍了水下金属管线探测仪电磁信号发送机的设计方法,根据实际探测情况建立了发送机信号输出回路的物理模型,推导了输出回路的数学表达式并进行了仿真,描述了发送机电路结构与输出电流的测量方法,仿真和样机实验结果表明,发送机设计方法可行,输出信号频率稳定,最大输出功率可达1000 W,电流测量相对误差约2%,可为水下金属管线的电磁测深提供能量充足且稳定的电磁信号。
針對江河水下金屬管線埋深大、距離長等特點,專門設計瞭一種基于STM32和CPLD的電磁信號髮送機,為電磁法探測水下金屬管線提供人工場源。介紹瞭水下金屬管線探測儀電磁信號髮送機的設計方法,根據實際探測情況建立瞭髮送機信號輸齣迴路的物理模型,推導瞭輸齣迴路的數學錶達式併進行瞭倣真,描述瞭髮送機電路結構與輸齣電流的測量方法,倣真和樣機實驗結果錶明,髮送機設計方法可行,輸齣信號頻率穩定,最大輸齣功率可達1000 W,電流測量相對誤差約2%,可為水下金屬管線的電磁測深提供能量充足且穩定的電磁信號。

Aiming at the features of great buried depth and long distance, a more powerful electromagnetic signal transmitter was designed based on STM32 and CPLD, the transmitter was used for the detection of metal pipeline which was buried under rivers.This paper introduced the design method of the transmitter in detail.According to the actual situation, a physical model and the calculated mathematical expression of electromagnetic signal transmitting loop were established.A series of measurement experiment was carried out using the prototype transmitter.The simu-lation and experimental results show that the transmitter is reliable in work .The maximum output power can reach 1 000 watts and the relative error of current measurement is about 2%, it can provides powerful and stable electromag-netic signal for depth detecting of underwater metal pipe .
