目的：探讨机械通气联合固尔苏治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。方法通过对2011年6月至2014年6月在我院进行治疗的46例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿进行分组，其中对照组患儿给予机械通气治疗，实验组患儿实施机械通气联合固尔苏治疗。观察比较两组患儿麦斐文机械通气时间、总给氧时间、住院时间及血气分析结果差异。结果实验组患儿机械通气时间、总给氧时间、住院时间、PaO2和PaCO2较对照组患儿显著改善，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论针对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿采用机械通气联合固尔苏治疗可以明显缩短机械通气时间、用氧时间和住院时间，改善血气分析结果。机械通气联合固尔苏治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征具有操作简便、疗效显著等特点，临床值得推广应用。

목적：탐토궤계통기연합고이소치료신생인호흡군박종합정적림상효과。방법통과대2011년6월지2014년6월재아원진행치료적46례신생인호흡군박종합정환인진행분조，기중대조조환인급여궤계통기치료，실험조환인실시궤계통기연합고이소치료。관찰비교량조환인맥비문궤계통기시간、총급양시간、주원시간급혈기분석결과차이。결과실험조환인궤계통기시간、총급양시간、주원시간、PaO2화PaCO2교대조조환인현저개선，차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론침대신생인호흡군박종합정환인채용궤계통기연합고이소치료가이명현축단궤계통기시간、용양시간화주원시간，개선혈기분석결과。궤계통기연합고이소치료신생인호흡군박종합정구유조작간편、료효현저등특점，림상치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of mechanical ventilation combined with Chiaroscuro in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome .Methods The 46 cases of patients suffered neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and got treatment in our hospital during June 2011 and June 2014 were divided into two groups , the children in the control group were treated with mechanical ventilation therapy , while children in the experimental group implemented mechanical ventilation combined Chiaroscuro treatment . The time of mechanical ventilation , total oxygen time , length of hospital stay and blood gas analysis results vary of the two groups were compared .Results The time of mechanical ventilation , total oxygen time , hospital stay , PaO2 and PaCO2 were significantly improved in experimental group , compared with the control group , the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions For the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome , mechanical ventilation combined with Chiaroscuro can significantly shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation , oxygen time and hospital stay , improve blood analysis results .Mechanical ventilation combined with Chiaroscuro for the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome has the advantages such as simple operation and significant effect and other characteristics , worth clinical promoting .
