目的：观察经多裂肌间隙入路治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取我院在2013年2—9月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者124例，按照治疗方法的不同分为实验组和对照组各62例，实验组患者采用经多裂肌间隙入路手术方法治疗，对照组患者采用传统腰椎后路正中切口入路治疗，观察两组患者在手术前、手术后的疼痛评分和手术相关情况。结果在手术前两组患者的手术评分相似，手术后实验组患者的疼痛情况明显改善，并且好于对照组患者（P＜0．05），从手术相关情况上看，实验组患者也要好于对照组患者（ P＜0．05）。结论采用经多裂肌间隙入路治疗腰椎间盘突出具有非常好的效果，手术的创伤小、出血量少，并且术后恢复的快，治疗安全，可以在临床的治疗中推广和应用。
목적：관찰경다렬기간극입로치료요추간반돌출증적림상효과。방법선취아원재2013년2—9월수치적요추간반돌출증환자124례，안조치료방법적불동분위실험조화대조조각62례，실험조환자채용경다렬기간극입로수술방법치료，대조조환자채용전통요추후로정중절구입로치료，관찰량조환자재수술전、수술후적동통평분화수술상관정황。결과재수술전량조환자적수술평분상사，수술후실험조환자적동통정황명현개선，병차호우대조조환자（P＜0．05），종수술상관정황상간，실험조환자야요호우대조조환자（ P＜0．05）。결론채용경다렬기간극입로치료요추간반돌출구유비상호적효과，수술적창상소、출혈량소，병차술후회복적쾌，치료안전，가이재림상적치료중추엄화응용。
Objective To observe the multifidus muscle gap approach clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation .Methods Our hospital patients with lumbar disc herniation in February 2013 to September were treated 124 cases, according to the method of treatment were divided into experimental group and the control group of 62 patients in the experimental group were treated with surgical treatment approach by multifidus muscle gap the control group were treated with traditional median incision posterior lumbar therapy , were observed in the pre-operative, post-operative pain scores and surgery-related cases.Results Two groups of patients before surgery surgical score similar situation post-operative pain in patients in the experimental group was significantly improved, and better than the control group of patients (P<0.05), from the surgical point of view of the relevant circumstances, the experimental group were also better than the control group of patients ( P <0.05 ). Conclusions Adopted by the multifidus muscle gap approach for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with very good results , and the trauma of surgery is small , less bleeding surgery and quick recovery after surgery , treatment safety , can be generalized and applied in the clinical treatment .
