依靠信息化手段控制“医保患者”跨医院重复开药、提前开药等违规行为，不仅可以节约国家紧缺的医疗资源，而且还可以降低医院被医保中心拒付的风险。介绍医院实现医保开药信息共享的总体技术方案和试点应用情况，并对存在的问题进行分析，提出解决办法。

That using the informatization method to control the inappropriate activity of repeat or advanced prescriptions among hospitals, not only saves the medical resource, but also decreases the risk of dishonor of the Health Care Center. This paper describes the overall technical proposal of the medical insurance information sharing project in our hospital, and the solutions of the problems which appeared in the application of the project.
