为准确有效地测定污泥中多种重金属的含量,分别采用电热板、微波消解和全自动石墨消解3种方法对污泥进行了前处理,并测定了其中部分重金属的含量。结果表明,采用3种前处理方法,均能较为准确地测定污泥中的铜、铅等14种重金属元素;电热板消解设备简单,但步骤繁锁,操作不当易造成组分损失;微波消解法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,但仍需人工赶酸;全自动石墨消解不仅测定结果精密性和准确性较好,而且自动化程度高,适合批量样品的分析。

In order to choose the most appropriate digestion method to determine the content of heavy metals in sludge accurately and effectively, three methods were used to pretreatment the sludge in this study which were electric heating board digestion, microware digestion and automated graphite digestion, and the content of some heavy metals were determined.The result showed that fourteen heavy metals including Cu and Pb could be determined accurately by three pretreatment methods. The instruments of electricity-plate digestion was simple, but the complicated operating procedures made the components in sample lost.Microwave digestion was simple, rapid and accurate, but this method was dispelling the acid by operator.Automated graphite digestion was convenient, rapid, accurate and highly automated for determination of a large number sludge samples.
