将建构主义学习观的理论引入医学细胞生物学的教学中，以问题解决来建构知识，以“学生为中心”，以问题为核心，以“动态观点”为方向，以细胞结构与功能为主线，在医学生的《医学细胞生物学》的课堂教学中，尝试建构性学习的基本思路，促使医学细胞生物学的教学过程由传授型向探索型转变，以提高医学细胞生物学的课堂教学质量。

This text introduced the theory of constructivist view of learning into the teaching of Medical Cell Biology, in order to solve the problem of constructing knowledge, taking " the student as the center" and " the question as the core" , considering " dynamic view"as the direction, and regarding the cell structure and function as the main line, attempting the basic ideas of constructive learning in med-ical student's Medical Cell Biology class teaching, promoted the transformation of teaching process from instruction type into exploration type. It improved the quality of class teaching.
