目的：探讨及观察热敏灸治疗“癃闭”的临床疗效。方法将”癃闭”患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均采用相同的基础治疗，采用穴位热敏灸（双水道、气海、关元、中极）3~5天为一个疗程，共三个疗程。结果观察组膀胱潴留尿量、尿路感染发生的次数都有明显下降，自主排尿全部恢复，生活质量评分也显著升高，减轻了患者痛苦与经济负担，与对照组比较，差异有显著统计学意义，治疗组愈显率90.00%，对照组愈显率63.33%，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论热敏灸治疗“癃闭”，能显著降低膀胱潴留尿量，减少尿路感染发生率，有效恢复自主排尿功能，是治疗“癃闭”的有效方法。
목적：탐토급관찰열민구치료“륭폐”적림상료효。방법장”륭폐”환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，량조균채용상동적기출치료，채용혈위열민구（쌍수도、기해、관원、중겁）3~5천위일개료정，공삼개료정。결과관찰조방광저류뇨량、뇨로감염발생적차수도유명현하강，자주배뇨전부회복，생활질량평분야현저승고，감경료환자통고여경제부담，여대조조비교，차이유현저통계학의의，치료조유현솔90.00%，대조조유현솔63.33%，치료조명현우우대조조。결론열민구치료“륭폐”，능현저강저방광저류뇨량，감소뇨로감염발생솔，유효회복자주배뇨공능，시치료“륭폐”적유효방법。
Objective To study and observe the clinical effects of thermal moxibustion on the treatment of " uroschesis" . Methods ""Uroschesis" patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the two groups all used the same basic treatment;using acupoints heat-sensitive moxibustion ( double channel, gas in the sea, guan yuan, extremely) 3-5 days for a period of treatment, the period of treatment was three courses. Results The observation group bladder retention of urine, urinary tract infections occur more often have a significantly lower, full automatic micturition recovery, the quality of life score also significantly increases, reduce the patients pain and economic burden, compared with control group, with significant difference significance, the treatment group markedly effective rate was 90.00%, control group markedly effective rate was 63.33%, the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy " uroschesis" , can significantly reduce the bladder retention of urine, reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections, effectively restore micturition function independently, is an effective method of treatment"uroschesis" .
