目的：观察用热敏灸与氯米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症对血孕酮、内膜厚度及基础体温的影响。方法将50例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组采用热敏灸与氯米芬治疗，对照组采用单纯氯米芬治疗。结果治疗组的血孕酮、内膜厚度及基础体温的影响明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸与氯米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症有效提高血孕酮、内膜厚度及基础体温，提高妊娠率。
목적：관찰용열민구여록미분치료배란장애성불잉증대혈잉동、내막후도급기출체온적영향。방법장50례배란장애성불잉환자수궤분성치료조화대조조각25례。치료조채용열민구여록미분치료，대조조채용단순록미분치료。결과치료조적혈잉동、내막후도급기출체온적영향명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론열민구여록미분치료배란장애성불잉증유효제고혈잉동、내막후도급기출체온，제고임신솔。
Objective To observe the effect of the heat sensitive moxibustion and clomiphene for treating ovulation disorders on citrateon blood progesterone, endometrial thickness and basal body temperature. Methods 50 cases of anovulatory infertility patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 25 cases and control group of 25 cases. The treatment group used the heat sensitive moxibustion treatment combined with clomiphene. The control group used clomiphene alone. Results The blood progesterone, endometrial thickness and basal boby temperature of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusion The heat sensitive moxibustion and clomiphene treatment of anovulatory infertility effectiyely improved blood progesterone, endometrial thickness and basal boby temperature, and increased pregnancy rate.
