目的:为了探讨肥胖儿童血清同型半胱氨酸( Hcy )与炎性递质之间是否存在相关关系以及其在儿童肥胖时的意义。方法选取2010年2—12月我院儿科门诊就诊符合单纯性肥胖诊断标准的儿童65例为肥胖组;同期选取正常体质健康儿童30例为对照组,两组之间年龄、性别经统计学比较无显著性差异。检测两组观察对象血清中Hcy、肿瘤坏死因子-α( TNF-α)、白细胞介素6( IL-6)、和高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的水平,并进行统计学比较。结果(1)肥胖组儿童血清Hcy、TNF-α、IL-6和Hs-CRP浓度显著高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。(2)直线相关分析表明,肥胖组儿童血清Hcy与TNF-α、IL-6、Hs-CRP的浓度水平呈明显正相关。结论单纯肥胖状态下儿童体内有慢性炎症反应存在。在肥胖儿童体内,血清同型半胱氨酸和TNF-α、IL-6和Hs-CRP呈高表达状态,预示着这些因子能够作为儿童肥胖的重要生物学标志物,从而有助于高危肥胖儿童的早期识别。

Objective To study the relationship between serum homocysteine ( Hcy) and inflammatory factors in obese children and their clinical significances .Methods From February 2010 to December 2010, 65 cases of obese children and 30 non-obese healthy controls were enrolled into this study .There was no significant difference of the age and sex between the two groups .The concentration of serum Hcy ,TNF-α,IL-6 and Hs-CRP were determined.SPSS 16.0 was used for statistical analysis .Results The levels of serum Hcy, TNF-α, IL-6 and Hs-CRP in obese children were obviously higher than those in healthy controls (P<0.05).Linear correlation analysis showed serum Hcy was positively correlated with TNF -α, IL-6 and Hs -CRP in obese children.Conclusions There exist chronic inflammation reactions in obese children .The elevation of serum Hcy, TNF-α, Hs-CRP and IL-6 in obese children suggest that these indicators may be important biological markers contributing to early identification of children at high risk of obesity .
