目的：探讨精细化管理在肿瘤患者化疗护理管理中的应用效果。方法本院肿瘤科于2012年6月~2014年6月实施精细化管理，在进行精细化管理前后分别对本院肿瘤科患者及其家属进行满意度问卷调查，评估管理前后的护理满意度及护理质量。结果管理后的护理满意度为99.15%，显著高于管理前的91.76%，差异有统计学意义(字2=76.71，P<0.05)。管理后的护理质量评分显著高于管理前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理在肿瘤患者化疗护理管理中的应用效果显著，能够提高护理满意度及护理质量。

목적：탐토정세화관리재종류환자화료호리관리중적응용효과。방법본원종류과우2012년6월~2014년6월실시정세화관리，재진행정세화관리전후분별대본원종류과환자급기가속진행만의도문권조사，평고관리전후적호리만의도급호리질량。결과관리후적호리만의도위99.15%，현저고우관리전적91.76%，차이유통계학의의(자2=76.71，P<0.05)。관리후적호리질량평분현저고우관리전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론정세화관리재종류환자화료호리관리중적응용효과현저，능구제고호리만의도급호리질량。
Objective To explore the application effect of meticulous management in nursing management of tumor pa-tient with chemotherapy. Methods Meticulous management was executed in the department of oncology from June 2012 to June 2014.Satisfaction questionnaire survey was conducted among patients in the oncology department in our hospital and their families before and after meticulous management respectively,and the nursing qualities and the degree of nursing satisfaction was evaluated before and after meticulous management. Results The degree of nursing satisfaction after management was 99.15%,which was higher than 91.76% before management,with significant difference (P<0.05). The score of nursing quality after management was higher than that before management,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of meticulous management in nursing management of tumor patient with chemotherapy is significant,which can improve the degree of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality.
