温湿度环境对医用血液、生物制剂和药品的保存影响大,研制一种基于433MHz频率的无线自组织传感网络的温湿度监控系统意义重大。系统构建无线自组织传感器网络,提出解决无线通讯问题的关键算法,通过433MHz射频算法实现传感器测点终端与管理主机直接或间接通信。监控终端与单片机构成主从控制系统,可完成对药品存储环境的温湿度全天候监测、记录及分析,数据超限时实现本地报警和短信报警功能。经多家医学单位使用测试表明,该系统准确报警率95.4%,数据传输完整性为93.5%,且系统温湿度测量精度高,故障率低。

Temperature and humidity impacted on blood, biologics and medicine preservation. So temperature and humidity monitoring system based on 433MHz frequency wireless, Ad Hoc sensor network, was significant for it. System Proposed key algorithms to solve wireless communication problem: sensor terminal and management host directly or indirectly communicate by 433MHz RF algorithm. Monitoring terminal and MCU constituted master-slave control system that could monitor, record and analysis temperature and humidity the whole day. System had Local alarm and SMS alarm function once data overran. The test result by number of medical units shows temperature and humidity monitoring system has high precision, low failure rate, 95.4% accurate alarm rate and 93.5%data transmission integrity.
