通过研究分析得到锤纹漆优化配方,并探讨了配方中不同组分及其压力、填充率、粘度等对气雾型锤纹漆锤纹效果的影响,配方中锤纹助剂添加量为0.3%~0.5%时,气雾型锤纹漆锤纹效果最优化,通过调整体系料气比、填充率、粘度可以得到不同效果的气雾型锤纹漆,为拓展气雾漆产品使用领域,满足市场需求提供依据。

Hammer paint optimization formula was obtained by research and analysis, and the different components in formula and its pressure, filling rate, viscosity, etc., on aerosol hammer paint were discussed.When hammer aid's dosage was 0.3%to 0.5%, the aerosol type hammer paint hammer effect was optimized.By adjusting the system of feed-gas ratio, fill rate, the viscosity could get different effects of aerosol-type hammer paint, which could provide the basis to expand the using field of the aerosol paint products and meet the market demand.
