将气相SiO2与含膦阻燃剂复配,应用到环氧树脂( EP)中,着重研究了该复合材料的阻燃性能、热分解性能及玻璃化转变温度( Tg),结果表明当气相SiO2含量为3%时,复合材料的氧指数值达到28.3%,垂直燃烧通过UL94 V-0标准。在热分解过程中,各组分之间相互作用,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度比纯EP的要高,残炭率也增加。可见气相SiO2起到一定的辅助阻燃作用。
將氣相SiO2與含膦阻燃劑複配,應用到環氧樹脂( EP)中,著重研究瞭該複閤材料的阻燃性能、熱分解性能及玻璃化轉變溫度( Tg),結果錶明噹氣相SiO2含量為3%時,複閤材料的氧指數值達到28.3%,垂直燃燒通過UL94 V-0標準。在熱分解過程中,各組分之間相互作用,複閤材料的玻璃化轉變溫度比純EP的要高,殘炭率也增加。可見氣相SiO2起到一定的輔助阻燃作用。
장기상SiO2여함련조연제복배,응용도배양수지( EP)중,착중연구료해복합재료적조연성능、열분해성능급파리화전변온도( Tg),결과표명당기상SiO2함량위3%시,복합재료적양지수치체도28.3%,수직연소통과UL94 V-0표준。재열분해과정중,각조분지간상호작용,복합재료적파리화전변온도비순EP적요고,잔탄솔야증가。가견기상SiO2기도일정적보조조연작용。
The gas phase silica and phosphine-contained flame retardants were applied epoxy resin ( EP).The flame retardant、 thermal decomposition property and glasnsition temperature ( Tg ) of composites were investigated.Results showed that when the gas phase silica content of 3%, the EP composite material achieved the optimal retardancy ( limited oxygen index value of 28.3% and UL94 V-0 rating ) .There were interactions between each component in the thermal decomposition process.It was found that the glass transition temperature ( Tg ) of the composites was higher than neat epoxy resin.Composites carbon residue rate was increased.The gas phase silica showed excellent synergistic effect.
