目的：探讨循证护理对ICU危重患者肠内营养支持并发症的影响。方法选取2014年1~8月入住本院ICU的90例危重患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例。两组所用的营养支持方法相同，观察组采用循证护理方法，对照组采用常规护理方法，比较两组的并发症发生率。结果观察组的并发症发生率为17.78%，显著低于对照组的55.56%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.3956，P<0.05)。结论护理人员针对不同原因引起的肠内营养支持并发症采取相应的循证护理措施，可有效降低并发症发生率，促进早日康复。
목적：탐토순증호리대ICU위중환자장내영양지지병발증적영향。방법선취2014년1~8월입주본원ICU적90례위중환자작위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각45례。량조소용적영양지지방법상동，관찰조채용순증호리방법，대조조채용상규호리방법，비교량조적병발증발생솔。결과관찰조적병발증발생솔위17.78%，현저저우대조조적55.56%，차이유통계학의의(χ2=4.3956，P<0.05)。결론호리인원침대불동원인인기적장내영양지지병발증채취상응적순증호리조시，가유효강저병발증발생솔，촉진조일강복。
Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing on complication of enteral nutrition support in critical patients in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods 90 critical patients from January to August in 2014 admitted into ICU in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The same nutritional support method was used in two groups.The observation group was given evidence-based nursing,the control group was given conventional nursing method.The incidence rate of complication in two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was 17.78%,which was low-er than that in the control group,with significant difference (χ2=4.3956,P<0.05). Conclusion The corresponding evi-dence-based nursing measures adopted by nurses on complications of enteral nutrition support caused by different rea-sons can effectively reduce the incidence of complication,and promote early recovery.
