目的：探讨专科健康教育在B超引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年10月~2014年10月在本院接受B超引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术的47例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组(24例)和观察组(23例)。对照组给予常规护理，实验组在对照组的基础上给予专科健康教育。比较两组的并发症发生率、术后疼痛度及护理满意度。结果所有患者都穿刺成功，实验组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的重度疼痛发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的护理满意度为95.65%，显著高于对照组的70.83%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科健康教育在B超引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术患者中的应用效果显著，能够降低患者的术后并发症发生率，减轻疼痛度，提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of specialty health education in patient of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy. Methods 47 cases of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (24 cases) and the experimental group (23 cases).The control group was given conventional nursing,the experimental group was given specialty health educa-tion on the basis of the control group.The incidence rate of complication,the degree of pain after operation,the degree of nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results All patients were punctured successfully,the inci-dence rate of complication in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of severe pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with sig-nificant difference (P<0.05).The degree of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was95.65%,which was higher than 70.83% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of specialty health education in patient of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy is significant,which can reduce the inci-dence rate of complication,ease the degree of pain,improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.
