以L-丙氨酸为原料,经氯化、醚化和水解三步反应,醚化反应中发生构型翻转,最终得到R-(+)-2-(4-羟基苯氧基)丙酸。实验主要考察了反应温度、反应时间和原料配比等因素的影响,获得了最佳的反应条件,总收率达71.1%。并对未反应的对苯二酚和反应中生成的二取代物的处理进行了探讨,同时通过液相色谱对产品的纯度进行了检测。该工艺实现了反应条件温和、产率较高、污染小,适合工业化生产。

Using optical L-Alanine as the starting material, R-(+)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)-propionic acid was synthesized via chlorination, etherification and hydrolysis reaction, and the configuration was reversed in etherification reaction.The conditional test of reaction temperature and time, molar ratio to reactants were processed and a best technical condition was explored.The yield was up to 71.1%and the product structure was characterized by 1 H NMR and MS spectrum.The product purity was characterized by HPLC.This synthesis process features ready availability of raw materials, mild operating regime, high product yield, and insignificant environmental pollution, which was suitable for industrialized production.
