为充分有效地管理和利用医学知识资源,本体理论被引入到医学知识组织中。采用本体描述语言NKI(National Knowledge Infrastructure),分3级5个二级子节点15个三级子节点给出泌尿外科本体知识库的详细设计过程,并引入美国斯坦福大学的本体构建工具Protégé,使用Protégé4.1构建泌尿外科疾病医学知识库,初步探讨了基于本体知识库的智能信息处理研究。

In order to be fully effectively management and use medical knowledge resources, ontology theory is introduced to the organization of medical knowledge. This paper employs ontology language NKI (National Knowledge Infrastructure), divided 3 levels, 5 second child node 15 three child nodes are given detailed design process ontology of Urology, From Stanford University to introduce ontology build tool Protégé, employing Protégé 4.1 to construct urology medical knowledge system, and preliminary study of intelligent information processing based on ontology knowledge base is investigated, which is good foundation for the further work.
