目的:使用配方颗粒七味白术散加味与使用肠粘膜保护剂和肠道微生态治疗小儿迁延性腹泻进行疗效比较。方法选取我院收治的小儿迁延性腹泻患儿96例,随机分成两组各48例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组予蒙脱石散保护肠粘膜和枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒微生态疗法,治疗组予配方颗粒七味白术散加味治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和有效患儿腹泻停止或改善时间。结果治疗组不仅显效率和有效率有显著性差异,而且有效患儿腹泻停止或改善时间亦有明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论配方颗粒七味白术散加味治疗小儿迁延性腹泻确实是值得临床推广,特别是基层医院推广的适宜技术。

목적:사용배방과립칠미백술산가미여사용장점막보호제화장도미생태치료소인천연성복사진행료효비교。방법선취아원수치적소인천연성복사환인96례,수궤분성량조각48례。재상규치료적기출상,대조조여몽탈석산보호장점막화고초간균이련활균과립미생태요법,치료조여배방과립칠미백술산가미치료,비교량조적림상료효화유효환인복사정지혹개선시간。결과치료조불부현효솔화유효솔유현저성차이,이차유효환인복사정지혹개선시간역유명현축단(P<0.05)。결론배방과립칠미백술산가미치료소인천연성복사학실시치득림상추엄,특별시기층의원추엄적괄의기술。
Objective Comparing the curative effect of using the dispensing granule Qiwei Baizhu powder, intestinal mucosal protective agent and intestinal microflora on treating infantile persistent diarrhea. Methods 96 cases of infantile persistent diarrhea were selected in our hospital and were randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each. On the basis of conventional therapy, the control group was given Montmorillonite powder in protection of intestinal mucosa and Bacillus subtilis two joint viable particle micro ecological therapy. The treatment group was given dispensing granule Qiwei Baizhu powder. The clinical efficacy and diarrhea stopped or improved the time were compared. Results The treatment group showed significant different efficiency, and the time to stop or improve infantile diarrhea was significantly shortened ( P<0.05) . Conclusion The dispensing granule Qiwei Baizhu powder on the treatment of infantile persistent diarrhea is indeed worthy of clinical popularization, especially the promotion of appropriate technology in basic hospital.
