采用单体预乳化聚合法,以苯乙烯( St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯( BA)、丙烯酸( AA)为单体,制备了苯丙微乳液,研究了合成温度、引发剂浓度等反应条件对苯丙乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明:当引发剂浓度为单体质量的0.7%,软硬单体的质量比为4砄6时,反应温度为85℃时,苯丙微乳液的综合性能良好。
採用單體預乳化聚閤法,以苯乙烯( St)、甲基丙烯痠甲酯( MMA)、丙烯痠丁酯( BA)、丙烯痠( AA)為單體,製備瞭苯丙微乳液,研究瞭閤成溫度、引髮劑濃度等反應條件對苯丙乳液性能的影響。研究結果錶明:噹引髮劑濃度為單體質量的0.7%,軟硬單體的質量比為4砄6時,反應溫度為85℃時,苯丙微乳液的綜閤性能良好。

Styrene/acrylatemicro-emulsion was prepared by pre -emulsification method with styrene ( St ) , methylmethacrylate(MMA), butyl acrylate ( BA) and acrylics acid ( AA) as the monomers.The reaction conditions such as reaction temperature and initiator dosage on the performance of as-synthesized styrene acrylic emulsion were systematically studied.The results showed that the styrene/acrylate micro-emulsion with higher solid content had good combination property when mass fractions of initiator was 0.7%, mass ratio of m( BA):m( MMA+St) was 4砄6 and the reaction temperature was 85 ℃.
