目的:通过分析儿童医院护理监测存在的问题,提出一个可穿戴的、无线的、动态的生命体征监测系统设计。方法:在病房里通过传感器采集患者的生命体征数据,并对数据进行预警判定,若达到预警条件则先在护士站EDA或监测屏上显示,并传至医院数据中心;否则直接传至医院数据中心。在数据中心对体征数据进行分析处理,最后统一形成动态体征图表。结果:通过在PICU、新生儿病房和普通儿童病房的实施,提高了患者的就医感受度,降低了医护人员的劳动强度。结论:提出的基于可穿戴医疗设备的生命体征监测系统,能解决儿童医院护理监测存在的问题。

목적:통과분석인동의원호리감측존재적문제,제출일개가천대적、무선적、동태적생명체정감측계통설계。방법:재병방리통과전감기채집환자적생명체정수거,병대수거진행예경판정,약체도예경조건칙선재호사참EDA혹감측병상현시,병전지의원수거중심;부칙직접전지의원수거중심。재수거중심대체정수거진행분석처리,최후통일형성동태체정도표。결과:통과재PICU、신생인병방화보통인동병방적실시,제고료환자적취의감수도,강저료의호인원적노동강도。결론:제출적기우가천대의료설비적생명체정감측계통,능해결인동의원호리감측존재적문제。
Objective:Through analysis of the existing problems of nursing monitoring in the Children's Hospital, this paper proposes a system design of vital signs monitoring that is wearable, wireless and dynamic. Methods:In the ward, vital signs data of the patient are collected by the sensor, and then make alarm judgment for the data. If reaching warning conditions, it first display on the EDA or monitor screen in nursing station, and the data are sent to the hospital data center;otherwise it will be directly transmitted to the hospital data center. Signs data in the data center are analyzed and processed, and finally it forms a unified dynamic signs chart. Results:Through the implementations in the PICU, neonatal wards and general children's wards, the medical experiences of the patient are improved and labor intensities of the medical staff. Conclusion:In this paper, vital signs monitoring system based on wearable medical devices can solve the problems of nursing monitoring for children.
