胆石症是一种临床常见病和多发病。陈树真主任医师认为，胆石症病位在肝胆，与脾、胃功能的失调密切相关。肝胆疏泄功能失常是本病的基本病机，肝郁气滞、湿热蕴结、痰瘀互阻、胆失和降为本病的病理变化。治疗上强调肝胆同治。采用取类比象的方法，创立了冲击排石疗法，即清源、蓄水、开闸、通利四法，疗效显著。
膽石癥是一種臨床常見病和多髮病。陳樹真主任醫師認為，膽石癥病位在肝膽，與脾、胃功能的失調密切相關。肝膽疏洩功能失常是本病的基本病機，肝鬱氣滯、濕熱蘊結、痰瘀互阻、膽失和降為本病的病理變化。治療上彊調肝膽同治。採用取類比象的方法，創立瞭遲擊排石療法，即清源、蓄水、開閘、通利四法，療效顯著。

Cholelithiasis is a common and frequently-occurring disease. Professor CHEN Shuzhen thought that the location of the disease lay in the liver and gallbladder, and was closely related to dysfunction of the spleen and stomach. Hepatobiliary Shuxie disorder is the ba-sic pathogenesis, stagnation of liver qi, stagnation of damp-heat, phlegm and blood stasis and estrangement falls of gallbladder was the pathologic change. Professor CHEN Shuzhen emphasized that treating cholelithiasis need to treat liver and gallbladder at the same time, and created the calculus-removing therapy by using the method of analogy, that is cleaning up origin, storing water, opening gate and dredging intestines, and the curative effect was remarkable.
