研究了玉米须中植物多酚的提取工艺及抗氧化性。以玉米须为原料，采用有机溶剂法提取玉米须中植物多酚，单因素试验优化植物多酚提取工艺条件。结果表明：有机溶剂提取法的最佳条件为：在50℃下，60％甲醇溶液作为提取剂，料液比为1砄60，提取时间4 h；玉米须中植物多酚的浓度达到60 mg／mL对羟基自由基清除率为62.16％，超氧自由基清除率为65.67％。
연구료옥미수중식물다분적제취공예급항양화성。이옥미수위원료，채용유궤용제법제취옥미수중식물다분，단인소시험우화식물다분제취공예조건。결과표명：유궤용제제취법적최가조건위：재50℃하，60％갑순용액작위제취제，료액비위1결60，제취시간4 h；옥미수중식물다분적농도체도60 mg／mL대간기자유기청제솔위62.16％，초양자유기청제솔위65.67％。
The extraction and antioxidant activity of plant polyphenols from corn were investigated.The optimum extraction conditions were established by the single factor.Optimal conditions obtained as follows:60%methanol solution selected as an extraction agent, solid/liquid ratio 1:60, extraction time 4 h and extraction temperature 50 ℃.The results showed that plant polyphenols from corn had certain hydroxyl and superoxide radical scavenging capacity.The ratio of hydroxyl radical scavenging was up to 62.16%, and superoxide radical scavenging was 65.67%as the concentration of plant polyphenols was 60 mg/mL.
