为研究芽孢杆菌制剂对蛋鸡肠道微生物区系、生理指标和生产性能的影响,试验选用1日龄蛋鸡,随机分为四组,分别在每t日粮中添加0、50、100和200 g该制剂,饲喂至22日龄时采样分析.结果表明,试验组鸡肠道食糜中乳酸杆菌的菌落数目显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且该制剂可显著降低空肠食糜的pH值(P<0.05),添加该制剂后肠道食糜中微生物多样性呈现出减少的趋势,表明芽孢杆菌可改变育雏期蛋禽的肠道微生态环境.另外,试验组的蔗糖、乳糖酶、麦芽糖酶活性、空肠绒毛高度和体增重显著高于对照(P<0.05),表明芽孢杆菌可增加育雏期蛋禽对淀粉类营养成分的消化吸收,从而增加体增重.最后,本试验对蛋种禽添加了不同剂量的芽孢杆菌制剂,发现不同添加剂量的芽孢杆菌制剂对蛋种禽的产蛋率、平均蛋重和料蛋比没有显著影响(P>0.05),但显著降低了蛋壳厚度(P<0.05).

A 22-day experiment was performed to investigate the effect of Bacillus preparation on layer intestinal microflora,physical indexes and productive performance. In this study,1-day-old layers were randomly divided into 4 groups and fed with 4 diets with different Bacillus preparation levels(0,50,100 and 200 g Bacillus preparation per ton of basal diet). The results indicated that the number of Lactobacillus in the intestinal chyme of treatment groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the Bacillus preparation can obviously reduce the pH value of jejunum digesta(P<0.05). The decrease trend of intestinal chyme microbial flora diversity revealed that Bacillus can change the micro-ecological environment during the brooding period in egg-laying poultry. Besides,compared with the control group,the activity of sucrase,lactase and maltase,the height of jejunum villus and body weight gain from the trial group were significantly increased(P<0.05),which suggested that Bacillus can improve the digestion of starchy nutrients in the brooding time and thereby increase body weight gain. In conclusion,different doses of Bacillus probiotics was found to have no significant effect(P>0.05)on laying rate, average egg weight and feed to egg ratio in egg-laying poultry,while remarkably reduce eggshell thickness(P<0.05).
