灸法作为祖国医学的一种传统治疗方法，因其应用范围广、操作方法多样简便、副作用小等特点已被诸多医家所推崇，但是对于“热证忌灸”还是“热证可灸”至今仍存在争议，但自古以来就有许多“热证可灸”的依据可寻，本文将从文献研究、机理研究、临床研究三方面着手论述“热证可灸”，从而提高人们对灸法的认识，为扩大灸法在临床上的适应范围提供依据。

Moxibustion is a traditional treatment method of TCM. Because of wide application range, simple and various operation meth-ods, and less side effect, it has been highly praised by many physicians. Up to now, whether moxibustion can be used to heat syndrome or not remained controversial. Since ancient times, there were many basis of"moxibustion can be used to heat syndrome" can be found. This paper would discuss "moxibustion can be used to heat syndrome" from the literature research, mechanism research and clinical research so as to raise awareness of moxibustion, and provide the basis for expanding the adaptive range of moxibustion in clinical.
