以钙基膨润土为原料,氯化钠作钠化剂,采用悬浮液法工艺制备钠基膨润土,通过均匀设计试验方法找到最优的制备条件,测定了产品的阳离子交换量、膨胀容、胶质价和吸蓝量,结果表明:钠基膨润土比钙基膨润土有更大的阳离子交换量、膨胀容和胶质价,当矿浆浓度为16%、钠化剂用量为6%、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为90 min时,钠化效果最好,此时产品的阳离子交换量达到0.992 mmol· g-1、膨胀容达到19.7 mL· g-1、胶质价达到5.98 mL· g-1,吸蓝量平均值为0.387 mmol· g-1、接近一级品标准。
以鈣基膨潤土為原料,氯化鈉作鈉化劑,採用懸浮液法工藝製備鈉基膨潤土,通過均勻設計試驗方法找到最優的製備條件,測定瞭產品的暘離子交換量、膨脹容、膠質價和吸藍量,結果錶明:鈉基膨潤土比鈣基膨潤土有更大的暘離子交換量、膨脹容和膠質價,噹礦漿濃度為16%、鈉化劑用量為6%、反應溫度為65℃、反應時間為90 min時,鈉化效果最好,此時產品的暘離子交換量達到0.992 mmol· g-1、膨脹容達到19.7 mL· g-1、膠質價達到5.98 mL· g-1,吸藍量平均值為0.387 mmol· g-1、接近一級品標準。

The calcium bentonite was converted into sodium bentonite with sodium chloride as the conversion agent by suspension method.With the application of the uniform design experiment method, the best prepared conditions were selected, and cation exchange capacity, dilation volume, colloid valence, blue absorption power were determined.It was showed that the sodium bentonite was greater than calcium bentonite, and with ore concentration of 16%, sodium chloride dose of 6%, reaction temperature of 65 ℃, reaction time of 90 min, sodium modification effect was best.The cation exchange capacity of 0.992 mmol · g-1 , dilation volume of 19.7 mL · g-1 , colloid valence of 5.98 mL · g-1 , blue absorption power of 0.387 mmol· g-1 were achieved.They approached the standard of first-class product.
