Powder mixture is widely used in industry.The power mixed effect directly determines the quality of the product, so it is important to make the powder fully mixed.Because of the complexity of the mixing process, the research showed that how to evaluate the mixing effect had been a hot and difficulty issue.The mixing mechanism of the powder, the evaluation methods of mixing effect and the factors influencing the evaluation mixing effect summarized.The advantage and disadvantageof each evaluation methods of mixing effect were analyzed. The powder material mixing uniformityevaluation was prospected.
