目的：研究外伤性颅内出血保守治疗效果，并分析和讨论其临床意义。方法收集2010年1月至2012年12月经CT／磁共振成像（ MRI）确诊的外伤性颅内出血（≤30 mL）患者94例。用格拉斯哥昏迷量表（ GCS）对颅脑损伤患者进行评分后，在急诊科观察处理，给予常规治疗2周。治疗后随访6周，用格拉斯哥结局量表（ GOS）对颅脑损伤疗效进行评定。结果外伤性颅内出血患者94例经过2周的保守治疗，未发生病情恶化而行手术治疗基本恢复正常，存活率为100％。经过6周随访，颅脑损伤评定GOS结果，Ⅳ级有20例，Ⅴ级的有74例；GCS评分结果，轻度（13～15分）90例，中度（9～12分）4例。结论治疗轻度（≤30 mL）外伤性颅内出血采用保守治疗是可行和有效的。
목적：연구외상성로내출혈보수치료효과，병분석화토론기림상의의。방법수집2010년1월지2012년12월경CT／자공진성상（ MRI）학진적외상성로내출혈（≤30 mL）환자94례。용격랍사가혼미량표（ GCS）대로뇌손상환자진행평분후，재급진과관찰처리，급여상규치료2주。치료후수방6주，용격랍사가결국량표（ GOS）대로뇌손상료효진행평정。결과외상성로내출혈환자94례경과2주적보수치료，미발생병정악화이행수술치료기본회복정상，존활솔위100％。경과6주수방，로뇌손상평정GOS결과，Ⅳ급유20례，Ⅴ급적유74례；GCS평분결과，경도（13～15분）90례，중도（9～12분）4례。결론치료경도（≤30 mL）외상성로내출혈채용보수치료시가행화유효적。
Objective To study the effect of conservative treatment for traumatic intracranial hemor-rhage,and discuss its clinical significance .Methods A total of 94 patients diagnosed with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage(≤30 mL) by CT/magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) from Jan.2010 to Dec.2012. After evaluated with Glasgow coma scale(GCS),the patients were observed for treatment at the Emergency Department,and were given conventional therapy for 2 weeks.After treatment and 6 weeks of follow-up,the brain injury treatment effects were assessed by the Glasgow outcome scale ( GOS) .Results After 2 weeks of conservative treatment,there were no occurrence of disease progression among all the 94 patients with trau-matic intracranial hemorrhage,and after surgery,most of the patients recovered,the survival rate was 100%. After 6 weeks of follow-up,results of GOS showed 20 cases of grade Ⅳ,and 74 cases of grade Ⅴ;results of GCS showed 90 cases of mild ( 13-15 ) , and 4 cases of moderate ( 9-12 ) .Conclusion The conservative treatment for mild traumatic intracranial hemorrhage(≤30 mL) are feasible and effective.
