目的：观察不同药物方案治疗急性甲基苯丙胺中毒的临床临床治疗效果。方法选取武汉大学基础医学院2008年8月至2013年5月收治的急性甲基苯丙胺中毒患者150例。根据治疗方案不同分为甲、乙、丙组3组，每组50例。甲组患者采用酸化尿液治疗，乙组患者采用利尿、排便治疗，丙组患者采用利尿、纳洛酮、醒脑静治疗，3组患者均连续治疗2周。比较3组患者不同治疗方法治疗后意识、运动、心率恢复时间及后遗症发生率。结果甲、乙、丙组的意识恢复时间、运动恢复时间、心率恢复时间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且丙组患者意识恢复时间、运动恢复时间、心率恢复时间均短于甲组和乙组（ P＜0.05）。治疗后，3组患者后遗症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论治疗急性甲基苯丙胺中毒的最佳治疗方案为在常规中毒治疗基础上采用纳洛酮和醒脑静治疗，其能缩短患者临床症状的恢复时间，取得较理想的治疗效果。
목적：관찰불동약물방안치료급성갑기분병알중독적림상림상치료효과。방법선취무한대학기출의학원2008년8월지2013년5월수치적급성갑기분병알중독환자150례。근거치료방안불동분위갑、을、병조3조，매조50례。갑조환자채용산화뇨액치료，을조환자채용이뇨、배편치료，병조환자채용이뇨、납락동、성뇌정치료，3조환자균련속치료2주。비교3조환자불동치료방법치료후의식、운동、심솔회복시간급후유증발생솔。결과갑、을、병조적의식회복시간、운동회복시간、심솔회복시간비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05），차병조환자의식회복시간、운동회복시간、심솔회복시간균단우갑조화을조（ P＜0.05）。치료후，3조환자후유증발생솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론치료급성갑기분병알중독적최가치료방안위재상규중독치료기출상채용납락동화성뇌정치료，기능축단환자림상증상적회복시간，취득교이상적치료효과。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different drug therapies for acute methamphet-amine intoxication.Methods A total of 150 patients with acute methamphetamine intoxication admitted in College of Basic Medical Sciences,Wuhan University from Aug.2008 to May 2013 were selected,and divided into group A,B,C,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with acidified urine,patients in group B received diuretic, defecation treatment,while patient in group C were treated with diuretic,nalox-one,and Xingnaojing,all the patients were treated for 2 consecutive weeks.The recovery time of conscious-ness,movement,heart rate and incidence of complications of the three groups were compared .Results There was statistically significant differences of recovery time of consciousness ,movement,and heart rate among the three groups(P<0.05),and those of group C was less than groups A and B (P<0.05).After treatment, the incidence rates of sequelae of the three groups had no statistically significant differences ( P>0 .05 ) . Conclusion The best treatment plan for acute methamphetamine intoxication is the application of naloxone and Xingnaojing therapy on the basis of conventional poisoning treatment ,it can shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms of the patients and achieve better therapeutic effect .
