采用旋印电解加工方法加工回转体构件复杂型面,建立加工过程模型,并对凸台形貌进行了仿真分析。研究了该方法加工回转体构件表面凸台时各影响因素与凸台成形的关系,分析了凸台存在圆角的原因,并对凸台能达到的高度和实际加工中应留的加工余量进行了研究。结果表明:毛坯直径或凸台高度越大,凸台侧壁误差越大。当凸台达到一定高度时,应留足够的余量以进行二次加工。
採用鏇印電解加工方法加工迴轉體構件複雜型麵,建立加工過程模型,併對凸檯形貌進行瞭倣真分析。研究瞭該方法加工迴轉體構件錶麵凸檯時各影響因素與凸檯成形的關繫,分析瞭凸檯存在圓角的原因,併對凸檯能達到的高度和實際加工中應留的加工餘量進行瞭研究。結果錶明:毛坯直徑或凸檯高度越大,凸檯側壁誤差越大。噹凸檯達到一定高度時,應留足夠的餘量以進行二次加工。

Rotate-print electrochemical machining (ECM) technology was used to machine revolving part with complex profile and simulation model of the ECM process was established to analyze the machined convex profile. Besides ,the influences of factors such as workblank diameter ,top arc length and height of convexity on the forming of convexities of revolving part were studied ,and the reasons why the machined convexity had fillets were analyzed. Meanwhile ,the limit height and the needed allowance for the convexity in actual machining were also studied. According to the results ,the greater the workblank diameter is and the larger the convexity height is ,the greater the convex side wall error will be. Convex arc length has illegible influence on side wall error. In order to meet the requirements of side wall error for convexity ,factors that affect convexity shaping should be optimized.
