基于数字相控阵体制的雷达通信一体化系统通常采用雷达、通信共信号波形和共射频前端,通道包含了从天线单元至波束形成输入端口在内的整个完整馈电链路,通道时延通常由单元阵外时延和阵内时延组成,单元分布位置不同、互连电缆长短不一、同型号元器件性能差异等导致通道间时延出现不一致,这种通道间时延不一致会恶化系统信噪比,是空分处理面临的新难题。文章从理论上推导出基于数字相控阵体制的雷达通信一体化系统通道间时延不一致的等效数学模型,给出了幅相特性对系统性能影响的仿真分析结果,为工程实现提供了设计依据。

Signal wave and front-end are often shared in the radar-communication integration system based on digital phased arrays.The channel consists of the entire feeding chain from the antenna element to the beamforming input end.The channel delays include the delays both within and outside the element array. Such delays result from the difference of element positions,cables,and components,which degrade the SNR and become hard for SDMA.The model for delay effect between channels for radar-communication integra-tion system is deduced in theory.The simulation and analysis are made for the effects of amplitude and phase characteristics on the system performance.
