现代医疗过程中，不仅对药物的有效性和安全性有较高的要求，药物应用的经济性也越来越受到重视。在进行药物经济学分析的过程中，要对药物的费用、治疗时间以及药物的效果进行综合的分析，确定最佳的给药方案。伊曲康唑、特比萘芬、氟康唑等都是临床上常见的抗真菌感染药物，且均有口服吸收效果好，生物利用度高，治疗效果好的优点。按照药物经济学的原理，分别对三种不同抗真菌药物的治疗成本与效果的比进行计算比较，从而获得疗效与安全性俱佳且成本合理的治疗方案，是研究的最终目的。
