目的：分析卡培他滨维持化疗在晚期胃癌与术后复发转移胃癌治疗中的应用价值。方法晚期胃癌与术后复发转移胃癌88例随机分为两组，对照组实施常规治疗，观察组在常规基础上给予卡培他滨治疗。结果观察组中位生存期、1年生存率、2年生存率均优于对照组。结论晚期胃癌以及术后复发转移胃癌患者接受卡培他滨维持化疗，效果显著。
목적：분석잡배타빈유지화료재만기위암여술후복발전이위암치료중적응용개치。방법만기위암여술후복발전이위암88례수궤분위량조，대조조실시상규치료，관찰조재상규기출상급여잡배타빈치료。결과관찰조중위생존기、1년생존솔、2년생존솔균우우대조조。결론만기위암이급술후복발전이위암환자접수잡배타빈유지화료，효과현저。
ObjectiveTo analyze the capecitabine maintenance chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer and postoperative recurrence and metastasis of the application value of treatment of gastric cancer.Methods 88 cases of gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups of recurrence and metastasis of advanced gastric cancer and postoperative, the control group received the routine treatment, the observation group in the conventional basis given capecitabine treatment.ResultsIn the observation group, the median survival time, survival rate of 1 years, 2 years survival rate was better than the control group.Conclusion Advanced gastric cancer and postoperative recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer patients receiving capecitabine maintenance chemotherapy, the effect is remarkable.
