目的：评价美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者临床应用效果。方法选取2013年6月～2014年7月我院收治的226例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序分为实验A组（n=113）和实验B 组（n=113），观察比较两组临床治疗效果和患者心功能改善情况。结果实验B 组治疗总有效率和实验A 组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；实验B 组患者各项心功能改善情况均优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者临床应用效果显著。
목적：평개미탁락이연합곡미타진치료관심병심력쇠갈환자림상응용효과。방법선취2013년6월～2014년7월아원수치적226례관심병심력쇠갈환자작위연구대상，안조입원순서분위실험A조（n=113）화실험B 조（n=113），관찰비교량조림상치료효과화환자심공능개선정황。결과실험B 조치료총유효솔화실험A 조비교，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；실험B 조환자각항심공능개선정황균우우대조조，조간차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론미탁락이연합곡미타진치료관심병심력쇠갈환자림상응용효과현저。
ObjectiveEvaluation of Metoprolol combined with Trimetazidine treatment effect of clinical application of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods226 cases of coronary heart disease patients with heart failure from 2013 June~2014 year in July in our hospital as the research object, were divided into experimental group A (n=113) and group B (n=113), the 2 groups were observed and compared the clinical treatment effect and patient heart function improvement. ResultsB experimental group total effective rate and the experiment compared with A group, with statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05), the experiment group B on the patients with cardiac function improvement were signiifcantly better than the control group, with statistically signiifcant difference between groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Trimetazidine on the treatment effect of clinical application of coronary heart disease and heart failure is signiifcant.
