The application of NMR spectrum in undergraduates and postgraduates experiment teaching, and analysis for nuclear magnetic resonance spectra were introduced.In the process of experiment teaching, it was aimed to explore the teaching reform of nuclear magnetic resonance experiment, and give systematic training in scientific research to the student, then stimulate interest in learning, cultivate the ability of independent analysis and problems solving, improve the quality of the nuclear magnetic resonance experiment teaching.
