目的:探讨3种不同免疫组织化学检测系统在免疫组织化学检测中所得结果的差异。方法分别选择丹麦癌症诊断公司、福州迈新生物技术开发有限公司及北京中杉金桥生物技术有限公司的一抗及检测系统,分别对3种检测系统应用系统所带一抗所测的结果及不同检测系统应用同一一抗所测结果的的差异。结果3种检测系统应用系统所带一抗检测比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而不同检测系统应用同一一抗检测所得结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 EnvisonTM检测系统、S-P检测系统以及PV6000检测系统的CD30得值分别为(7.90±0.16)个、(5.40±0.89)个及(4.80±0.83)个;CD45R0得值分别为(85.2±1.9)个、(70.4±9.8)个及(60.6±10.3)个;ER 得值分别为(93.6±0.6)个、(72.6±9.3)个及(66.2±17.1)个;CK 得值分别为:(93.6±0.9)个、(80.0±6.4)个及(55.2±11.5)个;p53得值分别为:(83.2±0.8)个、(63.4±14.3)个及(65.8±13.9)个,EnvisonTM检测系统得值最高,PV6000检测系统得值最低。以 EnvisonTM检测系统检测值最高。 S-P检测系统及PV6000检测系统检测比较差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。结论应用不同检测系统应选择与其相对应的一抗进行检测才能使检测结果准确、可靠。

Objective To investigate the differences of the results obtained by three different immuno-histochemical detection systems.Methods The primary antibodies and detection systems from DAKO Cor-poration,Fuzhou Maixin Biotech.Co.,Ltd.,and Beijing ZSGB-Bio Co.,Ltd.were chosen,differences of the detection results of three detection system applying on their own primary antibodies and different detection systems applying on one primary antibody were analyzed .Results Results of three detection system applying on their own primary antibodies had no statistically significant differences(P >0.05).While results of the three detection systems applying on one primary antibody had statistically significant differences ( P<0 .05 ) . CD30 scores obtained by EnvisonTM detection system,S-P detection system and PV6000 detection system were (7.90 ±0.16),(5.40 ±0.89) and (4.80 ±0.83) respectively;while CD45R0 scores were (85.2 ±1.9), (70.4 ±9.8) and (60.6 ±10.3) respectively;ER scores were (93.6 ±0.6),(72.6 ±9.3) and (66.2 ± 17.1) respectively;CK scores were (93.6 ±0.9),(80.0 ±6.4) and (55.2 ±11.5) respectively;p53 scores were (83.2 ±0.8),(63.4 ±14.3) and (65.8 ±13.9) respectively.The EnvisonTM detection system had the highest readings,while PV6000 detection system had the lowest readings.Scores obtained by S-P detec-tion system and PV6000 detection system had no statistically significant difference ( P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion Different detection systems should choose their corresponding primary antibody to get accurate and reliable test results.
